By accessing zenithdentalgroup.com (the "Site"), completing a booking form, or engaging with any Zenith representative, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

Before travel, you will be asked to sign a Client Services Agreement that sets out specific terms of your booking. In the event of any inconsistency between that agreement and these Terms, the Client Services Agreement will prevail.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Services.

• "Company," "we," "us," or "our" – Zenith Dental Group Pte. Ltd., a Singapore‑incorporated company.
• "Site" – zenithdentalgroup.com and related subdomains or communication channels operated by Zenith.
• "Services" – dental tourism facilitation, including assessment, treatment planning coordination, booking, logistics, accommodation, transfers, and ongoing patient support.
• "Clinic" – the independent overseas dental clinic or healthcare provider performing your treatment.
• "Package" – a coordinated travel and treatment offering including accommodation, transport, and clinic services facilitated by Zenith.
• "Patient" or "you" – any individual engaging Zenith for Services.

Zenith Dental acts as a facilitation and coordination service between you and independently operated dental clinics overseas. We do not own, control, or operate any clinic or medical facility. All clinical diagnosis, treatment decisions, and procedures are the sole responsibility of the treating dentist or clinic.

Zenith's role includes:

• Providing pre‑assessment and treatment coordination based on information you supply;
• Liaising with clinics to obtain quotations and treatment plans;
• Assisting with travel, accommodation, and local support in Vietnam;
• Coordinating communication between you and the treating clinic;
• Organising non‑medical services (e.g., hotels, airport transfers, interpreters) as part of bundled Packages.

You may be required to pay a booking deposit to secure your treatment schedule. Deposits are generally applied toward logistics or Package coordination and are not held on trust. Deposits are non‑refundable except where required by law. Refund or transfer eligibility will depend on the specific cancellation policy communicated before payment.

All treatment fees are paid directly to the clinic, either before or during your treatment. Zenith may receive a service fee or commission from clinics for coordination and marketing services. You will never be billed by Zenith for medical treatment itself.

All content on our Site and communications with Zenith representatives are provided for general information only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Treatment plans and outcomes are determined exclusively by licensed dentists at the selected clinic.

Any estimates of cost savings, treatment duration, or outcomes are indicative only and may vary depending on your clinical condition, healing, and other factors. No warranty is made as to the success or suitability of any treatment.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete medical and dental history;
• Disclose any conditions, medications, allergies, or prior treatments that may affect your dental care;
• Follow all pre‑ and post‑operative instructions from your treating clinic;
• Obtain necessary travel documentation, visas, and insurance;
• Communicate promptly with Zenith regarding any changes to your plans or health.

Zenith is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or complications arising from false, incomplete, or undisclosed information.

Zenith may assist with accommodation and transfers as part of your treatment Package. These services are coordinated through third‑party providers. Zenith is not liable for any loss, injury, or delay caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, or other external vendors.

Calls, video consultations, and messaging with Zenith may be recorded or logged for quality, training, and compliance purposes after notification. By continuing such communication, you consent to recording.

By completing a contact form (for general enquiries) or a booking form (to arrange a free consultation), you consent to receive follow‑up communication from us related to your enquiry or booking. This may include emails, SMS, or phone calls regarding treatment coordination, logistics, or relevant offers.

These communications are sent under the assumption of legitimate interest in response to your enquiry and in accordance with Australian and Singaporean privacy laws. We respect your privacy and aim to keep messages limited to useful, relevant information.

You can withdraw consent at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email or by replying "STOP" to SMS messages. Once you opt out, we will no longer send marketing or promotional communications unless you re‑engage with our services.

All branding, text, images, call scripts, and content on the Site are the intellectual property of Zenith Care Global Pte. Ltd. (trading as Zenith Dental) and protected under Singapore and international IP laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part without prior written consent.

You acknowledge that Zenith's brand, materials, and software infrastructure are proprietary. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use Zenith's intellectual property other than as necessary to access the Services.

Zenith facilitates introductions to independent dental providers. We do not control or guarantee any treatment, facility standards, or professional qualifications of third parties. Any links or references provided are for convenience only.

Your relationship with the treating clinic is independent and governed by their local terms and consent forms. Zenith is not a party to that medical contract.

Zenith's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the total deposit amount paid by you to Zenith. Zenith shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including personal injury, loss of income, or treatment outcomes.

You acknowledge that all dental procedures carry inherent risks. You should seek a second opinion from a qualified practitioner before proceeding.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zenith Care Global Pte. Ltd., its directors, officers, agents, and affiliates against all claims or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or negligence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.

You agree to attempt informal resolution first by contacting info@zenithdentalgroup.com within 30 days of any issue. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Singapore under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise awarded.

We may modify these Terms or our Services at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Site with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes acceptance.
