02WORKING FOR YOU

Everything sorted, at no extra cost

The dentistry is the same either way — what changes is having a team whose only job is your outcome. Everything below is built into your care at no extra charge, the whole headache of travelling comes off your plate, and someone independent is on your side the entire way.

Someone on your side when it counts

The mob looking after you works for you, not the clinic. Our interpreters and staff aren’t on the clinic’s payroll, so there’s no conflict of interest — if a detail isn’t right, we get it put right rather than smoothed over. With us you have an independent advocate whose only interest is getting you a cracking result.

Plain English from your very first call

From the moment you make contact you’re talking to a fellow native English speaker — not a call centre, and nothing lost in translation. Every question answered clearly, the same answer every time.

Straight answers on price

You pay the same as if you walked into the clinic yourself — the price is identical, with all of our support and safety net included on top. So there’s no premium for having us in your corner; you simply get the advocacy, the interpreters and the aftercare for the same figure.

An interpreter on your side

Every appointment has an interpreter employed by us, not the clinic — there to make sure nothing important gets lost, glossed over, or decided without you.

The logistics simply disappear

Met at the arrival gate, driven to every appointment, visas sorted, apps and a local SIM set up, and honest local advice from day one — so you land already knowing how to get around, where to go, and what to do.

The founders are watching over it

We personally oversee every case and stay a single message away, start to finish. If something needs sorting, you talk to the people who actually run Zenith.

03THE FINAL TEETH

Finished in zirconia

The same hard-wearing zirconia used by Australia’s top clinics — shaped for natural translucency and built to last for decades, not years.

04THE LOOK

Teeth that look like yours

The goal is a natural, understated smile that simply looks like you — the opposite of the blinding, obviously-fake look people call “turkey teeth”. In the clinic you’re handed the full spectrum of shades as physical samples and choose in person, in natural light, against your own face.

Most people want a natural result, so the lab warms the crowns with a subtle tint rather than a flat, chalky white — the difference between teeth that look real and teeth that announce themselves.

05THE HARDWARE

Genuine brand implants, serviceable in Australia

Dentium Serial Verified

Dentium is our surgeon’s implant of choice — a US brand manufactured in Korea, and widely regarded as the best bang for your buck implant on the market: proven, long-track-record reliability without the premium price tag of the biggest names. They’ve been used in Australia since 2005, so most dentists back home can readily service them. Every implant carries the manufacturer’s original warranty and a serial number you can check straight with the maker — no grey-market stock, no off-brand swaps, and no nasty surprises a year down the track.

Dentium Superline implant packaging
06THE GUARANTEE

Covered, long after you fly home

Our support continues after you fly home. Every case is backed in writing — the hardware, the workmanship, and the support you get once you’re back in Australia.

Written warranty

Every Dentium implant carries the manufacturer’s warranty, and your crowns and prosthetics are covered by our workmanship guarantee — all documented before you travel.

Serviceable in Australia

Dentium has been placed in Australia since 2005, so your local dentist can handle routine check-ups, adjustments and maintenance close to home.

We handle any issue

In the rare event something isn’t right, we coordinate the fix directly with the clinic and stay with you through it — you’re never left chasing it alone.

4D digital dental planning scan
08THE TECHNOLOGY

Every case, planned in 4D

CBCT 3D ImagingZebris Jaw-TrackingMetiSmile 4D

Before a single tooth is touched, our dental team maps your bite in motion — pairing CBCT 3D imaging with Zebris jaw-tracking and MetiSmile 4D facial scanning to see exactly how your jaw moves, not just how it sits. That data drives days of careful planning, so the fit, function and final look are dialled in before you’re ever in the chair. It’s painstaking work, and only a handful of the world’s highest-end clinics invest in it — we think that’s exactly the point.

09THE TECHNOLOGY

Precision-guided implant placement

Personalised3D-PrintedSub-Millimetre Precision

Every implant is placed using a surgical guide 3D-printed just for you — a physical template that snaps over your jaw and steers each implant to the exact angle, depth and position mapped out in planning. Nothing is left to freehand judgement on the day: the guide translates months of planning into placement accurate to a fraction of a millimetre. It means a faster, gentler operation, a more predictable result, and implants set precisely where your bone and bite need them — a level of guided precision that even some Australian dentists aren’t doing yet.

11HOW WE WORK

Honest numbers, up front

Aussies appreciate a straight shooter, so that’s what you’ll get. We don’t sugar-coat — we go out of our way to make sure you know exactly what you’re getting into, all above board. And we’d always rather under-promise and over-deliver than talk you into something.

One clear, itemised quote

Your pre-assessment quote itemises the planned care, what is included and any separate travel costs, line by line, so you can see what the estimate covers.

A clear pre-assessment estimate

A plan is only final after your in-person assessment, so the price can change following the clinic’s assessment. Your final AUD cost is confirmed when you sign the Treatment Plan.

When a refund applies

A $950 deposit secures your booking. A full refund for medical unsuitability depends on meeting the agreement’s assessment or documentation requirements and its medical disclosure conditions.

No hard sell — the call is yours

We’ll lay out the options, answer every question, then leave the decision with you. No pressure, no chasing, no assistant in the room talking you into more than you need. Most of our clients take their time and come back when they’re ready.

Why two trips

The two-stage approach allows time for healing between implant placement and fitting your permanent teeth. Implants need around three months to fuse to the bone — a natural process called osseointegration — before they can safely carry your permanent teeth. The temporary set fitted on your first trip works like a splint on a healing bone, so you eat and smile normally the entire time. Once everything has knitted solid, your second trip fits the permanent zirconia — teeth built to last decades, done in the right order. It’s the same staged approach the pioneers of the All-on-4 technique still follow today — the permanent teeth go on only once the bone has fully fused to the implants.

Sometimes the last bit of reassurance can’t come from us — it has to come from a past client. Ask, and we’ll try to put you in touch with someone near you who was in your exact situation. None of them are paid; they just remember what it’s like to be unsure, and they’re happy to help.

15FEELING NERVOUS?

Genuine professionals with a gentle touch

You’re in good company. Modern dentistry in Vietnam is a world away from the Australian “murder houses” of the ’60s to ’90s that left so many people dreading the chair. Plenty of our clients give us a heads-up about their anxiety, and some hadn’t sat in a chair for twenty years — two things tend to change that.

The chair itself feels different. Many clients tell us the Vietnamese dentists are unusually gentle — calm and unhurried. For a lot of people it’s a world away from the rushed appointment they dread at home.

And you don’t have to be fully awake for it. IV “twilight” sedation is commonly used for dental implant placement — it leaves you deeply relaxed and drowsy, with an anaesthetist reviewing your case first. Everyone responds a little differently, but most clients tell us they remember very little of the procedure, and that they came round to find it already done.

Andy described the team as gentle and unhurried, with regular checks on his comfort — a welcome change from his experiences at home.

16THE FIRST STEP

It all starts with one X-ray

Everything begins with a single scan. Send it over, and one of our doctors reviews it, then comes back with an honest assessment and a plan — usually within 24 hours, at no cost. Just a few quick steps, and then you’ll have everything you need to weigh it up and decide in your own time — no dentist involvement required.

1

Get a referral

Grab an X-ray referral from your GP — a standard visit, or an online telehealth GP in a few minutes. No dentist required.

2

Get the scan

Take the referral to any radiology clinic for an OPG scan. It’s quick, widely available and often bulk billed — no appointment saga.

3

We assess it

Send us the file. One of our doctors reviews it and comes back with a plan and an honest indication of possible care options and savings — usually within 24 hours.

19FAQ

The honest answers

Cost & payment

How much can I really save?
Most clients save up to 80% versus an Australian quote. A full-arch All-On-6 that runs $60,000–$85,000+ at home is typically around $19,000 with us — and even after flights and accommodation, the all-in average saving lands near $62,000 AUD. You’ll get an itemised pre-assessment estimate in writing before you fly, with the final AUD cost confirmed when you sign the Treatment Plan after the clinic’s in-person assessment.
Are there hidden costs? Could the price jump once I’m there?
Your written pre-assessment quote itemises the planned care, but it is indicative and can change following the clinic’s in-person assessment. Your final AUD cost is confirmed when you sign the Treatment Plan. The quote also identifies what is included and any separate travel costs.
Why does my quote include extra implants I might not need?
That’s deliberate — it’s a conservative pre-assessment estimate, not an upsell. With All-On-6, the clinic may identify the possible need for a backup implant for redundancy or for a sinus lift. Your final plan and AUD cost are confirmed when you sign the Treatment Plan after your in-person assessment.
When and how do I pay? Do I have to wire money overseas first?
A $950 booking deposit secures your place and is credited toward the 30% payment to Zenith before care begins. The remaining 70% is paid directly to the clinic in Vietnamese dong, typically in two stages aligned with your care phases. We’ll confirm the schedule and payment instructions as part of your care plan.
Is the deposit refundable?
There’s a 48-hour cooling-off period between signing and acceptance of the deposit. You can request a full refund before your care-planning call. After that call, the deposit is non-refundable subject to the agreement’s limited refund rights, and remains transferable to a new appointment date within 24 months. Qualifying medical unsuitability and prolonged force majeure can provide a full refund under the agreement’s exact conditions. For medical unsuitability, the exclusion applies only if it results from knowingly or recklessly provided materially inaccurate medical information at booking; honest mistakes do not trigger it. Any refund owed is paid within 30 days.
Can I use my superannuation to pay for this?
Sometimes, yes — some clients fund care through an early release of super on compassionate grounds. Just be aware you get taxed on the release, so it’s worth factoring that in. If it is the right move for you, it involves a GP or dentist sign-off and some ATO paperwork and can take a few weeks, so start early. We’ll point you in the right direction, but the application itself is between you and the ATO.

Care options

What’s the difference between All-On-4 and All-On-6 — and which do you do?
Both replace a full arch of teeth on implants. We essentially always do All-On-6 — a minimum of six implants per arch — rather than All-On-4. The extra implants give you redundancy (if one ever has an issue, the bridge stays well supported) and spread the load for a more stable, longer-lasting result.
Are the materials the same quality as Australia?
Yes — identical. Zirconia final teeth, titanium Dentium implants, ISO-certified labs. The only difference is the price, not the product.
Will my new teeth look fake? (“Turkey teeth”)
It’s the worry we hear most, and the answer is no. In the clinic you’re handed the full spectrum of shades as physical samples and choose in person, in natural light, against your own face. Most clients just want to look like themselves on a good day — so the lab warms the crowns with a subtle, natural tint rather than a flat, chalky white. The result reads as real teeth, not a set that announces itself from across the room.
Can I be sedated for the procedure?
Yes. IV sedation is standard for implant placement — you’re deeply relaxed and drowsy throughout, and most clients remember very little of the procedure. An anaesthetist reviews your case beforehand, and we plan around any medications, allergies or conditions you have.
Can you save my natural teeth instead of pulling them?
Where it’s genuinely viable, yes — sometimes crowns and bridges over healthy natural teeth are the better call than extraction. The plan is only finalised after your in-person assessment, and your dentist’s recommendation is always about the best long-term outcome, not the most extensive care.
How long do I need to be away?
The typical implant journey is two short trips of 14 days each, roughly three to six months apart. That gap isn’t padding — it’s the healing time your implants need to fuse to the bone before the permanent teeth go on. A one-trip offer may cover temporary teeth rather than a final zirconia set, so check exactly what’s included. You fly home in between and simply get on with life — no long stint away from work or family. Cases with no implants usually only need a single trip.

Your doctors & safety

Is dental work in Vietnam actually safe?
We partner with one clinic only — a leading Vietnamese clinic we trust completely — which holds itself to a US hygiene standard, with the same genuine branded materials and clinical protocols you’d expect at home. Every doctor graduated from a top Vietnamese medical university and trained overseas under leading dentists, and every case is planned with guided implant placement as standard. We partnered with them because, after months of research, they were one of the very few clinics we could genuinely trust — and confidently say we’d send our own parents there.
Who will actually perform my operation? Will it be the dentist I researched?
Yes. The dentist you’re told will perform your operation is the one who does it — no swapping in a junior on the day. If you’ve asked for a specific dentist, we confirm and book them. This is one of the biggest differences between coming with us and taking your chances elsewhere.
I have a medical condition or allergy — can I still be treated?
Very often, yes — but it’s assessed properly first. Tell us everything (medical history, medications, allergies and past reactions) so the clinic’s dentists and anaesthetist can review it. A full deposit refund for medical unsuitability depends on meeting the agreement’s assessment or documentation requirements and its medical disclosure conditions.
I don’t speak Vietnamese — how will I communicate?
You’ll never be lost for words. Every appointment includes an interpreter employed by us, not the clinic, so nothing important gets lost, glossed over or decided without you. Your English-speaking concierge is with you throughout the trip as well.
I’m nervous about travelling, or travelling on my own. Is that a problem?
Not at all — a lot of our clients have never travelled overseas alone. You’re met at the arrival gate, driven to every appointment, and looked after start to finish. Plenty of people come solo and are surprised how smooth and unstressful it is once someone else is handling the logistics.

Trust, guarantees & support

Why not just go to the clinic directly?
You can — but it doesn’t save you money (see the pricing question above), and you’d be doing it alone, in a language you don’t speak, with no one independent on your side. The mob looking after you works for you, not the clinic, so if a detail isn’t right we get it put right rather than smoothed over. That independent advocacy is exactly what you lose going direct.
What’s the warranty?
Every Dentium implant carries the manufacturer’s original warranty, and the clinic backs all of its work — crowns and prosthetics included — with a 5-year warranty. It’s all documented in writing before you travel.
What if something goes wrong once I’m back home?
We use genuine, globally-serviceable implant systems (Dentium) that have been used in Australia since 2005, so most local dentists can service them if ever needed. And we’re only a message away — we speak with the clinic every day and stay involved long after you fly home.
What’s included in each trip?
Airport pickup and drop-off and every clinic transfer, your visa sorted, apps and a local SIM set up, a pre- and post-operation care box, an independent interpreter at every appointment, and your English-speaking concierge throughout — all at no extra cost. On top of that, the founders personally oversee your entire care journey and are only ever a message or phone call away. You just book your own flights.
Can I bring my partner?
Of course — and we’d encourage it. Many clients bring their other half, and we’re happy to help sort suitable accommodation for the two of you. It’s a big decision, so it often helps to have them across the details from the start.

Getting started

How do I get started?
Book a free assessment call with one of our consultants. We’ll review your situation, give you an honest indication of possible care options and savings, and only recommend the journey if it’s genuinely right for you. A licensed dentist reviews your X-rays within 24 hours, and there’s no obligation.
How soon can I start?
We currently have a 6–8 week wait time. Once your assessment is done and you’re cleared, the rest largely comes down to your passport and visa. If you’re working to a specific window (work leave, a farm sitter, family), tell us and we’ll build the schedule around it.
